🏋️‍♂️ What to Expect in Marine Corps Training

Recruit Training (Boot Camp):

  • Location: Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (East Coast) or San Diego (West Coast)

  • Duration: 13 weeks — the longest and most demanding of any service

  • Focus: Intense physical training, combat drills, Marine Corps history, marksmanship, and discipline

  • Ends with: The Crucible — a 54-hour test of endurance and teamwork that earns you the title “Marine”

Marine Combat Training (MCT):
